Welcome!
The Bioinfo group belongs to the APTIKAL team at the Laboratoire d'informatique de Grenoble (LIG). Our bioinformatics and computational biology research group focuses on the analysis of large-scale molecular data and the modeling of ecological and evolutionary processes. Our methodological approaches combine biostatistics, mathematical modeling, simulations and machine learning to address complex biological questions, with a focus on cancer biology and evolutionary microbiology.
Broader community
We hold fortnightly joint group meetings with Clovis Galiez's group, which focuses on computational metagenomics.
We belong to the BiGre network (Bioinformatics in Grenoble), which gathers bioinformatics groups from different research units in Grenoble, with fortnightly seminars and monthly coworks.
