Welcome!
The Bioinfo group belongs to the APTIKAL team at the Laboratoire d'informatique de Grenoble (LIG). Our bioinformatics research group focuses on the analysis and modeling of large-scale molecular data. Our methodological approach combines biostatistics, mathematical modeling, and machine learning to address complex biological questions, with a focus on cancer biology and microbiology.
We hold joint group meetings with Clovis Galiez's group, which focuses on computational metagenomics.
We belong to the BiGre network (Computational Biology in Grenoble), which gathers bioinformatics groups from different research units in Grenoble.
