penda: An R package that performs personalized differential analysis of omics data. The penda package provide different methods to perform differential analysis.

ABC-MCMC: A sofware performing fast forward simulations and simulation-based parameter inference for the emergence of mutants in bacterial populations. It can infer mutation rate and fitness effect of the focal mutation in a fluctuation test performed in presence of non-constant cell mortality, pre-assay sampling, etc.
